Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, please send item back to address listed above. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Exception only applies if the item was damaged or incorrect and we were notified within 2 days of buyer receiving item(s). Refunds will be in the form of store credit that can be used on future purchases. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It may take 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and credited to your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This needs to be completed within 2 days of delivery to be accepted.Â
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), holiday items (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas apparel etc.), personal care goods (such as beauty products), undergarments, swimwear and earrings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Â
